This story is based on one by Fred Herriot Gall Force: The Day After. (IMHO, a very good story) which can be found at: http://orangeroad.org/fanfic.html I would like to thank Mr. Herriot for giving me permission to post my story and for looking it over before I posted it I am sorry for any errors in spelling or syntax this is my first try at a fanfic WARNING there may be lemon action later in the story (I write, my mother edits) ^_^ * * * Schafhirt productions present Gall Force:Finally peace chapter 4 One week later Matt had finally accepted that the story the women told was true and kept asking for a chance to pilot one of the Bronzs, explaining that he was interested in military hardware of ALL types. The ladies started to expand the hanger by two underground levels to store gear and to install a small fusion plant, they then could use the main floor of the hanger for more living and parking space and make a workshop for Mal. the digging was performed by bronzs, at night, to keep any possible witnesses down and then shoring installed in the lift shaft to keep it open. The material from the shaft was hauled off during the day with rented trucks, after the shaft was finished exacvation was started on the two levels, with EVERYONE taking turns digging. Rachel had gone to a scrap metal dealer and bought 2 or 3 400 gallon propane tanks, for hauling the crushed rock up the shaft, and enough metal to make some tools for the Bronzs to use and when the exacvation of the two levels was done, except for how the floor needed to be finished and the conduit runs up to the hanger. Cathy now needs to get the technical manuals and the ship storage chart from the escape pod. Shelly was back from the Hospital, getting around in her wheelchair and the lift had been installed in the hanger for her and a ramp into the apartments but she would need weekly check-ups to insure that her leg was healing properly. When told that new area was being dug, Shelly thought that the Blossoms computer could be placed there and a T-1 line ran to Starleaf Computers to help in the debugging work, Cathy told her "great minds think alike", explaining that the idea had already been proposed. Mal was still at the Hospital because she had developed an infection after her operation but should be discharged in a few days. The new areas were 100 feet down, the first level was the same size as the hanger with a large lift between the two, the second level was about half the size of the first, being that the fusion plant didn't need as much room. Toil and Ail could maintain the plant by themselves, providing power for the Computer and the hanger so Mrs Ross wouldn't have to pay for the power and Eleanor put forth the idea that the plant COULD supply the apartments, remembering her promise to Mrs Ross. They also planned to set-up a small medical center to help Shelly and Mal heal a little faster but not so fast that the Hospital would grow curious about the pace of the recovery. That evening Rachel, Cathy, Denise, Derek, Chet, Toil and Ail took the "Enterprise" out to the wreck site, where Lucy waited, underwater in a Bronz, to shift equipment to the surface. Lucy calls up to Cathy to ask just what should be done first "the first thing should be the recovery of the technical and equipment manuals, so we can see just where the items we want are stored, also the manuals will tell us where it is safe to cut through the hull, as we need to". Lucy and Rachel agree and Cathy tells them that the books SHOULD be in a case on the main deck, where they all escaped from the Blossom Rachel asks "but what if their water-logged?" "there are ALSO memory chip copies stored there, Toil and Ail have built-in readers for them" Cathy says as Rachel suits up, checking the camera mount on her helmet "Lucy, you getting this?" as she waves a hand past the camera. She is but wonders "The image is fine, but what about the difference between the air and water?", Cathy answers "Your on-board systems will compensate for that, I mean, you CAN see with the bronzs 'eyes', right? I'll run the feed through Ail up here". Rachel is now ready, Derek hands her a water-proof floodlight and gives her a swat on the behind, she waves a finger at him and smiles, then moves to the side of the boat and dives in. After getting down to the ship, Rachel finds the window that was shot out then enters the hull and looks around "the bookcase SHOULD be by the hall door" Cathy comments. "You should be able to move the case intact. if you cut through the bulkhead with the cutting charge I made, then, Lucy should be able to pull it free". Rachel swims toward the door , seeing that the local sea-life had started to move in, then sees the bookcase, mounted on the bulkhead, she takes the explosive from a bag at her hip and attached it to the bulkhead all the way around the cabinet and, trailing wires, exits the hull. Once outside, she triggers the charge, as Lucy watches the cutting "UH-OH, it didn't cut all the way through". Rachel swims back in for a closer look "Rats, the bottom charge didn't fire". Lucy moves the Bronz to the opening and examines the hole "I could tear it free. if I make this opening bigger, I then could reach the case, Rachel, clear out of there and let me try". Rachel exits the wreck and moves off to 20 feet as lucy moves in. The Bronz grabs the top and bottom of the window frame and forces them apart by about 3 feet, allowing the upper half of the Bronz to enter the hull, Lucy reaches out to the bookcase and rips it free and then tells Rachel to head for the surface and she'll bring it on up, planning to surface on the sea side of the boat. She sets it closer to the opening, backs out and reaches for the case again, carrying it to the surface, where the others can pull the books and chips so they don't have to carry the case ashore and they find that 2 or 3 books HAVE suffered water damage. After that is done, Lucy lets the case fall back to the sea-floor and heads the Bronz back toward the hanger. As the boat nears the dock, Toil and Ail start scanning to see if there is anyone near enough to see the Bronz, the closest contact is a freighter about 2 miles off-shore, Lucy emerges from the sea and RUNS back to the hanger (can you say earthquake?). It is full night as the boat crew ties up and disembarks, carrying the books to the hanger, when they enter they find Lucy checking her Bronz for damage and there is a temporary barrier rail around the lift shaft, 2 other Bronzs are missing and the sound of breaking rock can be heard, echoing up the shaft. After several days of studying the plans and charts of the Blossom, they find all the items they need to retrieve, but Cathy makes as observation "The components were NOT made to be water-proof, we may suffer total failure in reactivating anything, so we have to have the 'Roids run tests on EVERYTHING, if any parts have failed, we MAY be able to to get replacement parts from the nearby stockpiles". Amy asks "Nearby stockpiles?, I thought that base in the pacific had all the remaining Solnoid equipment and we damaged that behind repair" Rachel answers "IT was and we did, but NOT all the gear 'we' brought with us was there, the 'Cattys' moved as much of the lose stock in and around Nova Scotia, for emergency use by us and the 50th ranger squad, I think we can get SOME help by looking over that equipment for parts". After finishing the floors on both levels and the conduit runs up to the hanger, they moved all the heavy equipment to the first level so they could park their cars and motorcycles in the hanger, then started installing a workshop for Mal, so she could modify and maintain the vehicles and mecha. They first took the sensor platforms from the top the pod, to see if they could be modified for use as a security system for the buildings. They then started recovering other items from the Blossom, starting with the computer and medical systems, Cathy and Miti fixed up a cutting torch for underwater use, so with Rachel providing a live video feed of the object to be recovered, she could cut it free, if needed, then Lucy and Derek could move it ashore or up to the boat, and, after getting it all to the hanger, Cathy, Catty, Miti and the Helproids checked all items for possible damage from saltwater. While Cathy, Catty, Miti, Toil and Ail were doing that, with a idea that it SHOULD take about 5 days to check everything, Rachel, Chet, Lucy, Derek, Denise, Matt and Born took the 'Enterprise' back out to wreck, to recover any personal gear that might still be aboard, retrieve any misc circuitry boards and get all the replacement parts they could find. After returning to the dock and making several trips to the hanger, they all have dinner, then Lucy and Derek, Rachel and Chet and Eleanor and Oskar pair up for the evening, to spend it with each other. Shelly, Miti, Akira and Steve watched a Discovery Channel(tm) program on the gulf war, Patty and Sarah studied the history of Nova Scotia, Maurice was 'surfing' the net, Amy was doing homework and Born was studying Earth history Eleanor and Oskar ended up in her room and, after locking the door, started exploring the mystery and joy of making love. While the other two couples were still together, Lucy whispered into Rachels ear and her eyes got larger, then she blushed, turning to Lucy, shocked, "Are YOU nuts?" Lucy responded "Why NOT?, we can take one of the 'roids stand guard and I think it's time to find out what it's like, 'sides, it MIGHT be fun to swap partners" Rachel looks cross eyed at the idea, then nods, with a gleam in her eyes. Cathy, Catty, Denise, Matt and the 'Roids were checking the equipment for damage when Lucy comes and asks if she can borrow Ail for the night, Cathy asks why. "Why should you and Denise have ALL the fun" lufy whispers in her ear, not wanting to upset Catty again, Cathy reddens, then tells Ail to please follow Lucy and heed her orders. Lucy leads the group to the 'Enterprise' and after they board, they take the boat out to a buoy about a mile from shore, dropping anchor there to watch the sunset. Derek and Chet sit on the deck, and leaning against the wheel house and the women sit to lean against them, Derek starts to rub Lucys neck and she sighs, tipping her head forward as she closes her eyes. Chet puts his arms around Rachel, with his hands resting in her lap, to be joined by hers as Derek asks "Has the recent jet crash been bothering you two very much?" "A little" Lucy says "in our war, people didn't have time to register that they were about to die, like the Challenger disaster, hopefully the crew were knocked unconscious by the blast, the passengers on the jet probably knew what was coming, I think that makes it harder". Rachel adds "I agree, it gives fear time to set in, like that jetliner that went straight into the ground in Florida, there was talk of survivors, and MAYBE there were some, for a couple of hours, but NOT by the time the crash site was found". Chet shivers, for Rachel, Lucy, Patty and Eleanor, having had seen so much death during the Solnoid\Paranoid war, and, in fact, being a hairs breadth from dying themselves and he kisses her ear "Enough of this topic, look, the suns almost gone". Lucy turns her head to whisper in Dereks ear "Should we do it out in the open or would you feel better in a cabin?" Derek jerks slightly "Are Do you mean WHAT I think you do?". Lucy winks and moves his hands to her breasts "How's THIS for an answer" (SWEATDROP) Chet looks Rachel in the face and sees that she feels the same "Well, stand up, we'll go below and find a soft place", they stand and Rachel asks Ail to keep watch, as Chet ALMOST drags her below decks. Chet looks back at Derek and Lucy "Are you planing on staying up here all night?" "No, we'll be there" says Derek "before sunrise, I hope" as Lucy starts to unbutton her shirt. Chet leads Rachel down to a cabin, before she decides NOT to wait anymore. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- WARNING, LEMON, WARNING, LEMON, WARNING, LEMON, WARNING, LEMON, WARNING, LEM ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- On deck, Derek lays out a sleeping bag for them to lay on and rolls Lucy onto her back and opens her shirt, kissing her neck as he opens her bra and lays his hands directly on her body. Lucy shivers but can't tell if it's from pleasure or nerves and she feels a tug at her waist. Derek slowly slides a hand down her body, towards her crotch and traces his tongue down to her nipples and, as he softly licks at them, Lucy gasps and grabs his head, when his hand rubs againest her panties she arches and mutters, quietly, "OH Mother, Derek, that feels good". Derek runs his tongue from one breast to the other, as he does so, something makes him stop and lean away to look at her, his eyes widening in shock, seeing a multitude of thin scars across her chest and abdomen. "Lufy, GOD, what happened?". Lucy glances down "Oh, left over reminders of the war, I'm used to them. BUT if you stop now, I'll give you something you won't ever forget" and she pulls on his arm so he falls atop her and she feels him pressing himself againest her she then realizes that most of his clothes are still on and proceeds to correct the problem, as he pulls her pants off, and after discarding the barriers, he slides down her body to bury his face at her crotch. Lufy raises her legs to trap his head, starting to gently twitch as he licks at her and his hands caress her breasts, rubbing them until she is panting. she unfolds her legs and reaches down to take hold of Dereks head to pull him back up to her, wrapping her arms around him, to keep him from escapeing again and she mutters "please, oh please" in his ear. he slips his hands down and removes her panties and his underwear, pressing his penis againest her cunt and rubs it up and down, as Lucy digs her nails into his back "more, MORE, HARDER". as he gives in and starts to enter her, she starts gasping for air and when he slips all the way in, she moans in his ear "Ow it hurts, it hurts" he knows that it does, and goes slowly in and out, till she relaxs and starts to meet his thrusts, then starts to go faster. when the release comes, it takes her totally by surpise and she arches, lifting him with her strength and gives a full-throated scream and then lays flat on the deck with Derek kissing her ear and gasping. "Lufy, are you okay?" he asks but, getting no reply raises himself to look at her, finding her eyes closed, and unresponive to his touch "she must have passed out" he thinks and pulls the sleeping bag around them to keep her warm and he shifts her head onto his shoulder. Down in the cabin, Chet sits on the bed and had Rachel sit in his lap as they started to undress. At about midnight, Derek and Lucy go to find a cabin for themselves, Lucy was limping a little and they were BOTH tired. Chet and Rachel woke up first, and after dressing, Rachel went on deck to Check with Ail while Chet checks on the other two, finding them still asleep and he starts to close the door quietly. Rachel returns, her arms full of clothes stopping him long enough to deposit the pile on the cabin floor "They must have been busy, to leave these on the deck". Rachel goes to make coffee and breakfast while Chet checks out the boat. While fixing the food, Rachel stops from time to time, remembering just HOW last night felt, she WAS a little sore and wondered if Lucy would feel the same way. Chet comes into the galley and hugs her from behind "After breakfast, we'll head in, should we wake the others?" "No need" Derek says from the door, wearing only pants "but I'm worried about Lufy, she seems to be in a little pain, and says her legs ache" Rachel leaves, taking a tray with 2 coffee cups and some toast, to see about her friend as Chet hands Derek a coffee cup. "Well?" Derek asks "She wasn't afraid, just inexperienced but THAT didn't last long, you?" Chet reponds Derek shakes his head "I don't see HOW they came out of that war totally sane, Lufy has about a hundred scars and THATS just on the front". "I saw some on Rabby also, their medical science must be very good, but still leaves traces" Chet replies. In the cabin Rachel hands Lucy a coffee cup and sits on the bed "are you really in pain?, or are you just sore?" she asks, smiling. "Sore" Lucy commented "The male body was a mystery to me, when we joined, I didn't know what to expect, or even how to react to it, at least YOU had seen a man before we came to earth". "Thats true, but seeing a man and having one make love to you, there's no describing it, did you hurt right at first?". "Yeah, but it faded almost immediately, I think he was being gentle, but I don't have anything to compare it too, not even the night that Cathy, Denise, you and I spent together" Lucy says and then got up to get dressed. "When are you gonna ask Chet to marry you?" Rachel smiles "what makes you think I HAVEN'T already asked him?". Lucy thinks for a moment "Well, if you, me, Shelly and Cathy are going to get married, I think that we should plan on a multiple wedding, rather then one at a time, it should be easier that way". "One problem, who'll give the away the brides?, especially with Cathy and Denise" wonders Rachel. "Thats something to worry about when the time comes, dare I hope there's more food ready?" asks Lucy, taking a piece of toast. Rachel nods "Chet wanted to head in after breakfast, we better hurry, if we want any". The two head to the galley, to find it empty and they hear the motor start up "Oh well, there'll be other times" states Lucy "Oh, by the way, last night, after fun and before sleep, I got a few ideas about staying safe, I'll propose them when we're all together".
